2 lbs browned ground beef
1 onion or 1/4 cup dried onions
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 (14 oz) cans Mexican style diced tomatoes
or 1 can chopped tomatoes, 1 can Rotelle, and 6 oz water
4 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
2 (14oz) cans kidney beans
1 (14 oz) can pinto beans
1/2 T. chili powder omit if you used Rotelle
You can choose to drain or not drain the beans. Put everything in a large crock pot and cook for 6 hours on low. Or simmer in a large pot on the stovetop.
